Playable Campaign Factions (Demo Updated, WIP)

As the title suggests, my first mod aims to make all of the factions unique to the campaign into fully playable factions in Instant Action on the maps they appeared on. At the moment I'm using mostly vanilla sides for the Empire & CIS but I'm not opposed to actually crafting my own, when I have the skill.

Coruscant: Republic vs Temple Guards & Jedi (Might not have their own Faction Name and Emblem in-game unless I can find a way around that while still keeping unique names for the scoreboard as I've already used the Rebel Faction name and Emblem for the Naboo)

Features of the Updated Demo:
  • New era called "Playable Campaign Factions" added. Because of this the mod should be Online-Compatible.
  • 3 New custom Heros, Captain Rex, Gizor Dellso and Queen Apailana.
  • Custom SFX for some of the new weapons.
  • Captain Rex leads the Kaminoan Resistance in their defense against the Imperial 501st led by Boba Fett.
  • Gizor Dellso has reactivated a Droid Factory on Mustafar, Darth Vader leads the 501st into battle to crush this Separatist Rebellion.
  • Queen Apailana has rebelled against the Empire. Darth Sidious himself leads the Imperial forces to crush these rebel Naboo.
Known issues in the Updated Demo:
  • Queen Apailana uses Leia's voice. I have no idea what I'll do to change this if I end up changing this at all.
  • Imperials identify Apailana as Leia. This is a side effect of me using Leia as the base for her, don't know what to change it to.
  • Captain Rex uses the vanilla Clone Trooper voice. I'm working on bringing in some Rex Quotes from TCW.
  • The Anti-Trooper Engineer is the vanilla EP2 Engineer class. I'd like to change this but there currently isn't an EP2 Pilot that's done like the other Clones in the HD Clone Pack.
  • Darth Vader's music might not play on Mustafar. This is probably because I'm using CW music and his music is in the GCW music stream.
  • I noticed some issues when I had Battlefront Evolved installed, mainly the double hud icon glitch on Kamino.

Ah this is refreshing to see! The only way to do this was to play on multiplayer & switch sides using an administator code. Glad somebody finally decided to do this since it has been an idea of mine for so long.

I have a suggestions if you don't mind:
Why not make separate versions like one that is Online compatible and one that was like your first one.

The only advantage the old one had was since it didn't add a new era, it played nicer with era mods as the era selection menu would be less cluttered. I'll consider this request.

Then again, of course, it may not again not fit with the general style of the classes you already have.

Love the mod so far, I've always wanted to be able to fight against the Empire as these other rebellion groups! :D

I thought about using those models, but I've decided to just roll with the vanilla EP2 pilot with the Republic Symbols removed from the helmet. Glad you're enjoying the mod.

Honestly, I have no idea. Come to think of it, I might need to add something in the addme to allow it to be played in multiplayer.
