Invisible CPs

How can I make a CP that is invisible on the map, still capturable, and is not required to win a standard conquest game. I'm trying to make a CP similar to the one in Dann Boeing's mod map "Battle of the Titans" if you know what I'm talking about.

Assign a capture region for it... you can even put the CP outside of the boundary or underground to have it as reference.

Also don't reference this CP in your .lua(s) this way it won't need to be captured to start the countdown timer.
