Bf1 Units

Can the units and objects from the BF1 assets be used in BF2 mod maps? If so, please tell me.
Why don't you try it out before asking?

units from the BF1 assets can be used in BF2,
units from the BF2 assets can be used in BF1 but not the clothes.
