Guys this problem is so old, I found it in my early world history textbook last week. Apparently, there's some sort of major collision problem with the UTAT. Unfortunately, I don't remember the solution to fixing it.
The topic with the most info was posted sometime in the last spring or maybe late winter. The author was Elmo and it was like UTAT collision problem or something. Try searching through posts Elmo has made until you find the topic.
