Spawn paths inside Echo Base

Has anyone been able to do this? I'm recreating a more realistic Hoth map using the terrain as the base. It is impossible to place spawn nodes inside the Echo Base hangar and hallways because there is no terrain under it, since the hangar is cut into the ground. I tried to place them outside and move them in, but the nodes just get stuck at the entrance to the hangar, as if something blocks them. I studied the original Hoth map and found multiple spawns in the hangar, yet they couldn't be moved.

Again, has anyone found a way around this?

I remember pressing shift will allow you to move the nodes up and down. If it's not shift. it's one of the keys on the keyboard :lol:

Remember that when you are moving spawn nodes, the angle at which you them is very important.

Try using a view angle as shown (slightly downward view):

No, I know how to move them in all directions. The issue is, that you are not allowed to place any nodes inside Echo Base. There is an invisible wall at the hangar entrance that blocks them.

This'll work no matter what:
Stick echo base into a layer of its own.
