Hey guys.
I have a few questions regarding modding.
One.
How do I give the standard Imperial trooper a lightsaber, with force speed?
Two.
I wanted to make an Arc trooper mod. Basically this would just slap the ARC skin and model onto all the Republic troopers, and in place of the jet trooper, there'd be a ARC with a lightsaber and force jump and speed.
How do I do this?
Oh BTW, I'd want these to be a side mod, not associated with a map.

Sounds like you need to read the FAQ.. and the documentation, and some more things, wich I leave to the admins to say...
but hey, I'm in a fairly good mood so:
If you want all the units to look like the same arc trooper, find the arc trooper in the assets, get it into your custom sides folder (wich you have made after you have read the custom jedi documentation), get all the normal units in your custom sides and edit the odf so its loading the arc .msh in stead of the normal units Msh.

The lightsaber and force requests can be answered by reading the documentation... and there is a nice thing on the site called search, wich doesn't always work as nice as you like but can sometimes help you quite a bit... too bad, as far as I know you can search on combined words like on google:P.

As far as I understand, the only way to get this as a side mod would be to munge a random map with these sides and overwrite the SIDES folders in you battlefrontmaps... problem is, you can't play online with people who don't have this mod. And in some maps, different units are used and I got the feeling that you might get some weird results.
