Magic Weapons Final Now Downloadable

I would like to release a mod that I made for my own amusement some time ago It encompasses one new unit for the alliance with new "magic" weapons and is not intended to be balenced how ever, I don't know where to upload it to. I uploaded it to file front but the file never made it.

Here is a discription (from the readme)
features:
this mod overrides the rebel vanguard with a new unit that uses
magic (this is not intended to be balenced).

Abilities: 1% auto health regeneration, unlimited flight
(sprouts geonosian wings).

weapons: (note, they all have infinite ammo or close to it)
(note2, I can't seem to give them names so they all say 0x.
I try to make the icons say what they do though.)


pirimary1:
magic axe- This axe carries a powerful spell of protection so if no
other magic is used and the axe is out all blaster fire is
repelled. (does not effect splash damage).

primary2:
divine judgment/meteor storm- look at a spot and fire to send a
deadly rain of meteors/lightbeams raining down in that area.
(sometimes part of the meteor effect disapearts so it looks like a
light beam on/in slower machines/big battles.)

secondary1:
fire ball- launch homing fire balls from the magic axe.
(seeks out infintry, not recomended for vehicles).

secondary2:
lightning storm- lightning strikes the point you look at.
(fixme:the lightning bolt does not always apear and seems to strike from
the center of the map which might mean that it might go sideways
looks best on the yavin map with the atsts.
included is the source,
the unit is powerful enough to be a BF2 style hero

Sorry to resurrect this, but I believe this POTD from starwarsbattlefront.filefront may provide a screenie for the primary 2.

if it's not there, just email me :P Tell me the headline for your email, because sometimes spam etc. gets through; and it's at those times you JUST WONT see what's maps and not :? So what was the headline and I'll get it uploaded there soon :) this goes for all who want it uploaded asap or jsut soon: There are not that many maps, but alot of other stupid mails :S so just send us a reminder :D

Off Topic: Well, the screenshot you sent in gives a picture to the description. Some people won't even try something without a screenshot, so something is always better than nothing :).

On Topic Somewhat: CanDeflect allows a melee object to deflect nearly anything. As you noted, somen00b, it does not stop area of effect weapons. However, it also does not stop beams, fatrays (rare, might be only used on Geonosis turrets), and emitter weapons (republic lightning gun thing). Also, they can still be killed like the heroes can (run over, etc).
