May as well of used the dreaded "Favorite" in the title, it's the same thing. As for what music is best, I would say anything by John Williams. Indiana Jones would even sound pretty fantastic here.

the duel music between Mace and Palps. anyone know how to get that MP3 file from the game, or would that be illegal? i've always wanted a recording of it.

My favorite is probably the "Battle of Yavin" from the Episode IV soundtrack. And yes, part of it is played ingame. Granted, its a 9 minute long song, so it's only a small part, but its in the space battles.

Its a tie between Duel of the Fates and the Mustafar Duel. Both are good but the Imperial March...well, not my favorite...

I could pass. Duel of the Fates is well-done and probably one of the best pieces from the prequel trilogy, but it's really used far too often in SW media. Battle of the Heroes has a nice theme but it quickly descends into background-type music after a few iterations of its theme. Both the Imperial March and Duel of the Fates don't do that; they have strong themes and remain strong throughout.

Of course there's far more music (even in the game) than what's represented in your poll - the space music is great and makes for a great set of tracks - but of course I was weaned on SW flight games and those all use the same pieces.

from this i like duel of the fates best but my favorit is Across the Stars by John Williams

the dogfighting music (in ep4 when the falcon faces off against the TIE fighters) is one of my favorite motifs/themes.

Battle of Endor I (Into the Trap/Forest Ambush/Scout Walker Scramble)

I also like all the space music. If you put it on a ground map, it gives a great atmoshpere. (which someone has superiorly demonstrated )

Definitely The Imperial March. It just creates the right mood. Another one of my favourite pieces is also from The Empire Strikes Back, when the Millennium Falcon was going into the asteroid field to escape the Star Destroyers (The Asteroid Field). That fits perfectly for both ground and space maps.

in one map this one with the gungans and the cis there were only shipps from the cis and it says "Achtung Bomber hinter ihnen" this sounds a bit funny because in the map arn't any other shipps.

Battle of Coruscant theme, Duel of Fates, Battle of the Heroes, and Imperial March are all faves of mine.

i would have to say The Battle Of Hoth (Ion Cannon/ Imperial Walkers/ Beneath the...{I don't know the whole title, since my media player only shows that much of the name.} and the Imperial March

But if I had to choose something else, i would have added 4:40-5:35 of The Battle Of Endor II,
simply because it has such a powerful melody and soul within it. but that's just me.

I say Battle of the Heroes. It's my favorite.

Yes, ripping "I Am the Senate" would be classed as illegal as you're hacking the game files to get it.

My favourite on that list is "Duel of the Fates" but my personal favourite is "They're Coming Around" (the Buzz Droid music from Episode III)
