Alright folks, sorry for the long hiatus. I doubt anyone is particularly worried, but for my regulars who are interested, I'm sorry about the lack of recent updates. Time constraints with school work and studying for finals, and simply a lack of alone time at which I could record has led to a lack of recent videos. I promise that soon, within the next few weeks, I'll begin to post more regularly, and hopefully not just minecraft, but some portal and some War for Cybertron as well.

Darn it, real life!

All joking aside, most of us are right there with ya with then end-of-the-year homework increase and finals and all. And it's not like you gave us a "I will release one video every week" deadline or anything, so we can wait.

I realize I have some settings to work out, as recent tests, including the actual video, have been somewhat jumpy, if not completely unplayable. But I'll work on it, and hopefully the next video won't be as ridiculously jumpy as this one.

If I had to give one tip, it would be to turn the ingame subtitles on. You may not be able to see them in the YouTube video, I don't know, but it couldn't hurt to try so that your viewers can more easily understand what GLaDOS is saying.

I don't remember ever actually referring you guys to anyone, so I suppose this is a first, but a friend of mine, who has been in one or two of my minecraft videos, has been recording a Lets Play of Super Mario Galaxy. Some slight edits to the youtube background, the changes on the left side are temporary, the ones on the right are subject to edit, but at this point, I'm just working on filling it all up, while being design friendly and somewhat unique.

That little tree you planted near lava will burn down. I made a lava trap near my house once, and knowing how big trees grow in that size of space, it will die.

Hint: If you stand close to the door, you can kill mobs through the door without opening it. It only works on one side of the door tho.
I just had to say it, cause it really annoyed me when you stood at the door and there where a mob at the other side and you walked to your little killing thing.

Soooo I went ahead and made a video of my indoor tree farm for your viewing pleasure, good sir Grev. I had already built it a few weeks ago for my own testing purposes for the challenge, so the video pretty much shows me converting it from torch-light to lava-light, but you get the main idea of about what you need. It's uploading now, and I have to go to work soon (like before the estimated time remaining) so I'll get a link to it ASAP.

Volume's kinda crap quality, and for that, I apologize. But hey, it's my first vid. I'll try to get some improvements for next time (if there is a next time)

@Twiliight_Warrior: You don't need to light the room up with lava, tourches is enought. For example, you can look in my tree farm, I have a small area under ground. No lava in there.

I explained in the video, in the 404 challenge you can't use torches. The tut is mainly to help grev build an indoor tree farm for his 404 challenge. I know how to build one with torches. You'll notice the farm was already built. With torches. I just modified it to 404 standards.
