Geoturret problem

I wanted to add in some more geoturrets, but they don't show up in ZE as visible objects, instead they are invisible like some of the effects that can be placed in maps. But when I went to add one in, ZE got all messed up. I just placed it in the arena, and then everything got screwy, the boxes and words dragged across the screen, making it impossible to see anything. Is there something wrong with the geoturret that it does this?
I also have found out that any time I try to edit a shipped map, it does the same thing if I look too much in the direction of the original part of the map.

do you have the "tur" side in your sides folder?

Yes, I do. It's not ingame, it's in ZE that this occurs.

You mean a hall of mirrors effect? That's...bad. :P I'm not sure why the turret would be rendered in such a way. Is it retextured? Still, that doesn't explain the stock maps doing the same. So, I'm thinking it has something to do with the graphics card, when it comes to those, though that's just a guess.

Okay, that's what I was wondering. The graphics card. Well, nothing to be done there, then. I don't have the money to get a better one, so I'll have to settle with it. Thanks.

Well, it could be the specs of the card, but there's a chance it may be the drivers. If it's the drivers, you may be able to do something, by either rolling the back the driver version, or updating. Still, I'm not entirely certain this is the problem, so don't quote me if you break anything. :P
