That's very nice. In SWG, I believe that exact same pistol is known as Rhiss Mark-20. Yep. I'm also modelling an FWG5 pistol myself. All I need to do now is post a picture of it... plus wireframes, obviously, and then I need to texture it. Will report back with that in a few.

Mustn't forget the all around awesome 'Deathhammer' pistol. Both are the exact same models, apparently.

Here's my new gun model:

Chances are, I'm gonna use bits and pieces of Jabba's absolutely AMAZING texture for my jackgun a couple pages back.

Just a simple 10-minute model I felt like doing
Sort've inspired by the things in COD4, maybe some of you will recognize it

Halo=somewhat. It was sort of inspired by the battle rifle. And it does look a bit stretched, I know. I'm not too good at making guns (i'm gettin' better all the time) and so they turn out like that, and the texture is also extremely stretched on certain polies and then when I tried to re-uv it, it just got worse. :faint:

And Taivyx, nice! I can see how you did that, would've taken me longer than 10 minutes. A lot longer.

Here I am trying to make the clone trooper model more High Res:
Image

Hopefully you notice an improvement from the yucky other one.
I still have a few more things to iron out on this one before it is done. But this version will have an Envmapped visor, very shiny one. Then I will work on the body etc. Next is the ep3 trooper and some other ones possibly.

Very nice, the EnvMapping alone does wonders to spruce up the blandness of the normal clone armor.

Thanks :) , I was actually thinking of a Battlefront HD mod or at least making a few HD models that people could use.

That looks very nice. I would definitely use models like that one.

That's pretty cool Rep. It'd be really awesome if you could do the ep3 clone trooper and the storm troopers as well. An HD Battlefront would be sweet

Hallelujah!

That would be great! Especially for people with high-end computers, even though mine is middle class. Even if it is just a bunch of high-res models, anything that says BFHD is gonna be sweet.

It's funny, I was just saying the other day that someone needed to do that with the clone trooper. Awsome job  !!! the only thing is that the chin needs to not stick out as much as the original...

It could be horribly, horribly wrong, since I've never played around with enveloping models or making cloth before (but it did seem pretty easy). I suppose I'll find out eventually.

Oh and ignore the Batman wings, those will look normal once they're real cloth. :P

Nice! Add in his belt/strap and make his loincloth sort of thing a bit longer and he will look perfect.
Though I do think the armor could be of a lighter color.
Brilliant though, the legs and torso are connected very nicely, looks seamless.
