Sound problem [solved]

hi, i added a few new characters (geonosian,cis marine and magnaguard), vehicles and turrets to my map, but when i play it they don't have sound.i've added the geo_inf_geonosian from assets/sides to ***/worlds/........./odf and didi the same with the mshs , but still the sounds for it won't show up. Do i have to do anything else as well or have i copied the wrong stuff?

Why are they in your worlds folder? They should be in your sides folder. Are there any custom sides?

you mean in in ***/sides?

Your data_***/Sides (***= your three letter map name). Again, are there any custom sides?

only the tur....it's the only folder in the data_***/sides folder

He says they're missing sounds, not that they don't show up..
If i was you, i would look at an CW script (lua) and check the ReadDataFile\\SOUND thing.. It asks a lvl.. Copy this line in the lua from the mode where those are in. Then, if it still doesn't work, you can use sounds from another era by changing odf lines, or 'retrieve' missing sounds with Rends' tut...

The sounds might not work though if they're in his world folder, but anyways, do what Mandarek said.
