Problem with the Rebel Hovernaut

Ok, so I'm ready to fully release this map, but I've hit a wall and cannot progress anymore.
The issue is with the Rebel Hovernaut, for some reason the turrets no longer rotate on it.
The vehicle spawns in the map just fine and I didn't see any particular error in the mod_tools text file that were alarming.
So here is the link to my data_TDB, if anyone here could help out with this problem I would vastly appreciate it.
