Well this is another thing that i don't.....
I saw the wiki but i tried to put the skins but nothing....
I do the following:
1.-I create a "side" called "XXX", i copy the "Common" of assets\sides.I create another folder called "msh" into the side "XXX"and put on it the skins, i'll call it "rep_inf_ep3_trooper"
2.-Now i go to assets\shell and copy all but the not the 2 .req and i copy it to data_XXX\_BUILD\shell
3.-I go to data_XXX\common\script\XXX, and open the XXXc_con.lua and change ReadDataFile("SIDE\\rep.lvl" to ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\rep.lvl"
4.-Finally i go to data_XXX/_BUILD/Side/ALL and copy the two ".bat" files into my side "XXX"
I mungen but it crashes and send me to my desktop......
Including a tryied to take off the "dc:" of the ReadDataFile, and my new level works but my troopers does wear my skins......
Somebody can help me on this.....

Make sure your TGA files don't use "RLE compression", check if they are the same size as the normal skins (size in kb)
Any error messages?

Not really sure. Did you keep this tga the same size as the old one? The exact same size

What is it?????
That means that you saved the TGA with RLE compression. You have to save it as a stock, vanillia tga, no special compression added. :-> hope this helps.

I thought it said "ERROR Targe type 10 not currently supported" when you use RLE compression

sorry I misread the error, Did you save it in an odd number size. You need to save it as 512x512, 256x256 etc, etc, etc. Also check that you saved it as 24bit.

RLE compression is usually somewhere in the options for different file types, under TGA files. Search the options menus thuroughly.
