This can be one of the most frustrating app errors ever! I click munge after selecting "everything" in the side menu, and my side changes don't show up. So I did a manual clean and deleted all files in FES\_build_\sides\rep\pc, and deleted it from _lvl_pc_ and munge, but I check in _lvl_pc_ again, but the side folder is empty. Then I checked FES\_build_\sides\rep\pc and it was empty too! So then (since I deleted everything in FES\_build_\worlds\FES\pc) it was still empty after the munge!

Are you running VM as an administrator?
