Computer crashing problems

Ok, well, I'll try to describe my problem as good as I can:
It all started a few months back, when firefox started to chrash often and randomly. First, I thought it was a virus, but after several scans with different antivirus programs, I thought that it was something else. I didn't figure anything out, so I started to ignore it. Then, a month later, other applications than firefox started to crash randomly. Again I searched for viruses, but didn't find any. Sometime after this I started to get some Blue screens of death when playing swg, but those was mostly solved by swg support. Anyways, a month ago, I started to get some bluescreens on other games (randomly, it could work for days without problem, and then a sudden BSoD). Now, this last week, it has gone so far, that almost all applications and games either crashes without error, or with error (randomly, but too often). I also get random bluescreens, both ingame and when just surfing the web or listen to music.
Here are the errors that I get on a BSoD:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ------ Is this related to faulty RAM?
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Something about NV4_disp.dll ---- I think this is related to my nvidia card, right?
And a error with both the nv4_disp.dll and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.
So, now I need help, I think that it is either related to my RAM or graphics card. (or both.) But I don't know for sure.
At last, here is my system specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 245 Processor, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.9GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp.080413-2111)
Motherboard: ASRock K10N78D
And please note: All drivers is up to date, and I have reinstalled my graphics card 2 times.
