I'm sorry but the sullustans aren't going to work out. If you want to see the horrible truth this is what I've come up with so far.

And the Twi'leks are making my map crash.

So I think that I'll just pick a race randomly. I might choose R2-D2 droids If they work. Do they?

Yeah, alpha's idea is a good one.
The hard part will be getting the pilot suit on the ewok model.

Ya, I really don't want to make this map extremely long as a WIP like in my GT one cuz of Skins.

I also started placing auto turrets. Here's what the turret count is gonna be

I raised the frigate count from 4 per team to 6 for rebels and 7 for imps

anyways there are

24 heavy turrets
10 of those roof turrets
204 auto turrets (20 per cap ship, 6 per frigate except the Medical one has 12)
12 remote turrets

equaling......(gets calculator)......250 turrets.

Oh ya the other Frigates are 2 rebel transports, 2 of those other imp frigates...the unused ones and a medical frigate.

But the scripting is gonna be hell on the linkage.....

I went ahead and called the unused ones "Indomitable-class frigates," if you're looking for a name. I think it fits.

And don't worry about linking the destructibles, it's not that bad once you get going.

Couldnt you just make the explosion of the frigate powerfull enough to take out any auto turrets that where on it?

Yeah, but that would be little to strong for balance and for flavour. It shouldn't take out fighters close to it the instant it dies.

Of course, you could ZE anim all the turrets to much the explosion anim of the main hull for each frigate and make the final explosions the killer. Lol, over-realism.

You could change the geometry of the fusion cutter to an invisible cube or scale down the fusion cutter msh as much as possible.

Btw, if you want to try the scaled up ewok idea:

It's not amazing, or too good, but just to see what it looks like. I can't run BF2 right now though.

@EGG_GUTS: No it's not the ewok face. :) And I have no idea how it would look on the actual model; it could be horrendous for all I know. Lol

maybe you can make the fusion cutter appear inside the droid with only the stick part sticking out(no pun intended) from the main chassis

Or just reskin the fusion cutter, by completely removing everything so only the transparent alpahchannel is left- basically Color to Alpha tools in GIMP.
