Sky Bug

I recently encountered a bug I've never come across before. I'm currently working alongside some others on a map resembling Dromund Kaas for our RPG-community. When I began working in ZeroEditor and getting the map munged, the sky continues to be split like this. The original asset is the stock yav2_sky file that I skinned in Paint.net. This is mostly likely a problem with the .TGA file but I don't understand why it is cutting off like this when it is the same dimensions as the stock file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The problem isn't that it's cutting off (as far as it looks like), but that two of the texture's sides aren't colored the same and are thus creating an "off" effect.

I reskinned all edges with a black fade, and there is still a line. I'm making sure
Paint.net is keeping the same dimensions and making sure compression is not
checked but it's still acting up.
