i'm trying to make a new mod map with tool mods, but after the
2 easy munging steps, i select the toolmod exe. but the new
mod map doesn't show. i haven't even got to doing
what i had in mind for the mao. it's no good though
if the map doesn't even show up

i now now what the problem is, however i don't know why,
the folder that's suppose to form in the addon folder is not
being made. why is that? now i know everything else i'm
doing is right
