one more problem

i vitrually figured it all out, now i need help with one more thing
the weapon ODF, i have no problems with the animation bank, but its this right here thats screwing it up:
now before you say, you put the weapons Msh in that, i did, i have the msh file in the msh folder, and i put the msh name in the proper place but heres the kicker, it crashes as soon as you see the "pick your side" menu
now when i do this:
it works just fine, but no lightsaber.....
and if i put in any other lightsaber msh's it crashes as the same
please help me
edit: the error log is also the same, wheather i have com in it or rep in it
