how do u add ingame objectives to the game like destory all the technounion ships or something like that
because looking at take all the cps gets old

You would need a Campaign mode. Look in the FAQ.

no i mean like where it say capture all the cps in the map display when u press m.

You would still need a Campaign mode, unless you made the TechnoUnion ships CPs and the Rep's would win by destroying all of them.

No, if its when you press M for map then you can change it in the edit localize bat.
