PowerColor Radeon?

Well i was going to buy the Sapphire Radeon X1900XTX but were i live its sold out everywere and they dont get any new one until November. So i was looking at the PowerColor Radeon X1950 XTX and howe is that for gaming?
Is it beter then the Sapphire Radeon X1900XTX?
