<what ever it says> was not expected at this time happens from lots of things. I've had this for 3 different reason that were all fixed by removing conflicting software (still don't know more about it)

Whenever you see that, there is a good chance you need the munge fix, have a look at Question #7 in the FAQ thread:

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'm going through an extremely difficult time in my life and this opportunity to mod this beautiful game is literally the only way i can keep myself from going insane! Thank you for the advice!
