Well we don't know for a fact that LA awarded the contract to someone else. That would still leave opportunity open for Crytek to take it.

How is that an opinion? He posted specifics on lots of games, so if we're talking rumor vs opinion he clearly seems to know about many of the games, thus it's rumored.

Rework all the older levels in making them better. Look at the differences between all the Lego Star Wars games, and then Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. Big reworks (actually just taking maps from other versions and cramming them together, but dang it those are the best versions of those maps)

This person said they had info on upcoming lineups from EA and Activision.

They didn't say they thought these games would come out at these dates, they said they had info, which isn't an opinion, but a rumored leak from the source.

It would seem most likely that swbf3 would come out next year, but lets hope for sooner.

Are you talking about BF3? If you are talking about BF3, then it depends. We haven't seen really anything yet about the different models, skins and stuff so it'll be hard to judge. I'm just waiting for LucasArts to say something...

Yeah I dunno. I still say nobody really knows. I work for a big University and honestly there are as many rumors floating around about [x] thing withing my division as their are facts about [x] thing. Could be the Rebellion employee just heard a rumor and so decided to leak it.

I also call BS on that story as the poster said the SWBF3 video was pre-rendered. When did that get confirmed? Clearly at least 1/2 of the video isn't, as it's more issue to pre-render it all then to capture actual gameplay footage. Sorry, I don't trust this source.

I also call BS on the fact that the writer actually posts in his comments, and apparently by the comments has changed the story at least once. No professional ever comments on their own story, they update the actual story for clarification, but they don't comment on themselves.

Eh. I;d actually prefer it if this were true. BFII may not have been too great, but hey. BFRS was total [Diet Dr. Pepper].

I was just thinking the opposite, I would prefer it if Rebellion developed it. I think they could go a little farther with it than Pandemic would plus Pandemic hasn't been getting the best reviews from their later games.

But still, I think that rebellion WILL take it farther. And then go waaaayyyyy too far. That's why I'm afraid of them getting it.
