Well I'm a guy who reads computer magazines. :P

And by reading them I pick up tips and tricks about computers but also neat and useful programs you can use. So I'm here to recommend two programs I use that I read about. :D

First one(s),

Microsoft PowerToys for Win XP
Great set of tools for XP. I like TweakUI and ClearType tuner.

Second one,

Startup Control Panel
Vista's got a built-in one of these but XP doesn't. Change programs that start when you log on.

Actually you can edit what starts up on XP by typing this in run: "msconfig" then click the tab "startup"

Ah well, this one gives you an icon. :D

And it's easier to access (control panel).

NOTE: First one only works for US English XP users

I have my Win Xp on Canukistani and the power tools works fine. It probably just means that " It could maybe potentially possibly have the words colo(u)r, hono(u)r, our in it without the u's. Please excuse the typo, and read as "delete our program" and not "delete or program" " or something like that.
