My wishlist:
Hidden/Spoiler:

Graphical improvements - goes without saying

Prone

Strafing AND rolling in flyers - not one or the other

More Kit Fisto-esque combos - He's awesome. If you just want to hit attack over and over you can, or you can use it + secondary to chain some cool combos

Temura Morrison voicing all clone troopers

Additional classes, like Recon :P

DLC for all next-gen consoles (since they don't get mod tools)
Note that I hid my wishlist. This isn't really for that, so I don't want to turn it into a wishlist thread.

Anyways, on a different note I really liked the scale of the SWBF3 Free Radical stuff. Particularly the space battles. Cutscenes aren't a must, but the interactive cutscenes would be nice, like the one clip shown from the clone's view as a gunship lands in a Tatooine city.

I absolutely second your wishlist. Perhaps a 'wishlist' thread should be started?

I'm okay with wishlists here, I would just say folks should use the [ hide ] tags and add it when they make posts on other things about the game.

How about:
THQ: Star Wars Titanfront III.
Midway Games: Rise and Fall: Battlefront at War.
Sega: Battlefront III: Total War or
Sega: Star Wars Sonicfront III.
EA: The Battlefront for Middle Earth III.

So, if FreeRad went under, and Rebellion, Pandemic, and Crytek aren't making it, who the heck is!?

At this point, I'll be willing to believe that Atari is making it.

Red Octane: Battlefront Hero III (FTW)
Jagex: BattlefrontScape III (Would sooner eat my keyboard than play)
Parallax Software: Descentfront 3 (Prepare for massive headaches but decent graphics)

...no.

I love how there's an article about how they're not making SWBF III, yet nothing about who is...

Actually, I found this source quite believable.

Agreed. LA is the only reliable source. I think Tean subtly hinted towards that before, but he's not very straightforward. :P

Well, hold up, if this isn't an "official statement", what is?
It's a statement that's been made on Pandemic's own web forums, by one of the admins no less.

So, if no one from Pandemic has contradicted him yet, I think it's pretty safe to assume it can be viewed as an "official statement."

It sounds like solid information to me and a Pandemic Admin confirmed it.

I'm telling you all, RO Battlefront Hero 3 FTW. Actually, I don't care who makes it, or if its bad. It has to be an improvement over BF2 and BF1, otherwise they (being anyone at this point) wouldn't make it.

And, I know Tean and Mav will love this, we'll have to make a convo pack from both BF1 and BF2 for BF3.

Yeah, but that could only happen if they used the Zero engine. Supposedly Pandemic ain't doing it, and they own the Zero engine.

SWBF 3 won't be on the zero engine? What a shame. I think, and maybe this is my ignorance talking, they could make a better game on the Source engine. Apparently, the Zero engine is good for modding, but they haven't exactly proved it could make a really awesome game. At make a Zero 2.0 engine or something. At least Source is highly modable as well.
