New mod tools in creation

Hi, im making a new mod tools. I know that seems odd, but i just got sick of doing so much in Mod Tools and getting so little done. This is a project that I am doing and I need help. So far, I wrote 489 lines of C# coding (Not Fun) and then the power went out and deleted it (Even more not fun).
I first need to ask if there is anyone here who can help me make this go a tad faster. I'm looking for some source code, PM me if your interested. This is what I'm trying to accomplish:
-Automated LUA scripting
-An easier level editor (Like the kind used in Rise of Nations, GB, Age of Kings, etc.)
-Easier replacement of skins
-Easier interface
And, if I don't die of programming, possibly a program like XSI to release to modders for use to create new animations, models, etc.
In case you don't know, programming is NOT a fast and easy process. Expect this not to be out for a while.
Like I said, I NEED help with this.
P.S. to Admins: If I put this in the wrong forum, sorry, I thought the modding fit with a new mod tools.

Thanks...
But I'm really a computer nerd with a C# compiler and a loooong summer vacation...

Is this possible...?

If LucasArts can make a ZeroEditor, if Ensemble can make a Level editor, than why can't I? It's really not that hard. I'd just like to get my hands on some source code. Again, it's not impossible, just difficult.
And XSI? If Softimage can make one, so can I. I might need to switch languages a bit, but hey, I'm ok at C++ and C#, so that's a LOT of flexiblity. Remember, BF2 was written in C++ if i'm not mistaken...
*Note- This can't make mods really, just new maps with skins and stuff.

Well,
Maximus, it's a good thing that you are trying to create this
Unofficial Mod Tool. I hope it will be helpful to the newbies (Like me)...

Thank you Linus. If anyone would like to help, PLEASE tell me. Also those who help get the first release.
*Note-I need help in locating some "source code". This is found online, and I am so far unsuccesful in finding such code. Also, if anyone has any other ideas, feel free to post them, as they might make this tool even better.
*UPDATE* I am also considering writing a program for making and designing skins easier. No guarantees. The official release will be slated for sometime around October-ish.
I am also looking for a name for such tools. That's one thing I know ANYONE can do.

Your right i don't know it LOL.
Off Topic: How do you make it say "so and so wrote" instead of "Quote?"
back on topic: How can i help?

Whoa...how'd that happen...I think if you use the quote button, not sure.
And they mean Mod Tool Unofficial, btw.
Ok... to help, do you know what source code is?

...nope I'm actually just starting out with this, how you say "modding"

Lol...ok...
Source code isn't for modding, it's to make programs. I need to track down some source code for a program like a level editor. This is a complex program, but It'd really help to have some source code to help.

I do not know if there is anyone on
GameToast that can help you in this task, but I suggest that you ask this question on a forum specialized on
C++...
Edit : Dude, ask on this forums:

If you need help with a quick coding question or two I can help, but I don't have enough free time to write any major part of code.
