Bad Player model weighting? [Solved]

ive got a problem with a playermodel i put in the game...it looks like this...

can anyone help??

i editeded the weights of the head..which helped (i painted them)

but hen i tried to repeaet that stuff i couldnt get it to pick another bone...it jsut comes up with a green corsss...

Yeah the weights do look a little off.

Weight editing:
1.Press ctrl+e to bring up the weight editor
2.Go into point selection mode
3.Tag the points that need to be reassigned
4.Then click on the bone name in the top row of the WE that you want controlling the tagged points
5.Move the slider to 100%

Repeat steps 3-5 until the model deforms correctly when rotating any of the bones, you can check by clicking on a bone and rotating it while looking for points that are lagging behind then ctrl+z to undo, then tag the points that need adjusting then reassign them and test again.
