sorry, if there is a place to put this type of topic, please tell me. Well anyway back to the point. I request a help area for those who are new here. They could view it and then they know what to do, for example, i need help trying to make my own avatar. And yes, i am quite noob

Maybe he's right.
(This should be in the Feedback forum BTW)
But, really... I get about 1 PM everyday asking how to add an avatar. I can't even imagine how many the mods or admins get... I think at least a topic in the Off-Topic or Feedback forum would be good. And sticky it.

If ya'll can think of more than one thread to put in a forum besides "How to do an avatar" then I'll make one. Really no point to make a forum with just one topic. We already have a few.
(Hint, hint, start putting things in the CGI forums
)
But I think a sticky in the Feedback forum is the better choice of the two.
(btw,
