Unable to find the EMP launcher TGA in the mod tools, has it been released seperately?

Mine was in there.
It's called rep_weap_inf_rocket_launcher
the names aren't exactly clear, so u may have seen it and not known it

Actually he asked for the TGA not the ODF. The MSH for the EMP Launcher is a common MSH cause it is used for other sides weapons, so look in your "common" folder.
