Yeah, it was not. Gandalf Xfire'd me to say that he was setting up a server a few times.

I don't think a 24/7 server would work. There usually isn't more than 2 or 3 people online that can start up BF2 and play multiplayer for awile.

I think the only way Game Night would work is if we had a defined date and time(ie. Sunday at 6:00 EST) were posted and everyone was encouraged to join.

i would have done that but i never know exactly when i'll be on or off. like if i'll be eating or at the store or at a relative or friend house. so i instead asked people what times they would be on but i only got a few responses.

If there were any events like these, I would join them. After all, BF2 is great, but there's nothing like some new maps online.

Yeah, I tried setting up a server running Geonosis: Freight Dock a few times, but I never got around to running it that much. I wanted to test how it ran and such. So...
I just booted it up again. Name is 'GT Gaming', password is jawatofu. Enjoy.

I have a server I will try to run 24/7, unless I'm working on other stuff on the server, or am moving it.

ok, instead of making a new topic i am reviving this one that i made awhile ago.

i am planning to make a big server with the Red vs Blue mod that i recently made. so far i haven't played the mod with a server of more than 3 people, my goal is to have a server of at least 10 people by 4 o'clock (2 more hours where i'm at)
