I like the skin, but tho me the burn marks look too uniform. If it were me, i would do a lung burn mark across the bottom of the front with a few breaks, and then smear it up a little in places.

Quick question. If you make the skin image larger but keep the aspect ratio the same will it work and not be messed up? (i.e. 1024x1024)

I believe so, I think a_speck_of_dust did something like that for Nyith, with the dwarf spider droid. Incidentally, did he ever release that map?

@Delta-1035: I suggest making the shoulder/chestpad item transparent and moving the 91st symbol onto the chest's center.

After good advice, I started improving textures from heroes. Here is the improved Cydon Prax skin (new visor, pattern, belt, leather/clothing and front armor)

@MandeRek: Vast improvement from the preivous dude. My only qualms are that the Feet are meant to be textured as boots, and the pelvis padding is meant to be somewhat of a different design. Heres a ref pic:
