I just wanted to know if it is possible to make a terrain cutter in blender because I really don't like XSI, and I can't find the Pandemic addon after I install it. Thanks for any help.

You are probably going to hate this answer but try it.
Make your shape for the terraincutter and try to export it via whichever method works best for blender.

You may have to have two bits of geomerty the cutter named terraincutter and then a very small cube or something way down in on corner, very tiny

i dont think it will work because swbfviewer doesnt keep the original modelnames when it exports to msh and batlefront recohgnizes terraincutters, shadowvolumes and lowrezmodels in the msh only by their name

jaspo and i use blender all the time, and were preety used to what it can and cannot do, it can not
-create lowrez models
-create shadow volumes
-create collision models
-create terraincutters
-create hex-edit able addons
WHAT it can do,
-make complex highly detailed models easily and fast

Why can't it make a lowrez? Isn't that just a copy of the model with _lowrez attached? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well...no, in short that only works with certain props, most models have a second model inside the normal model with a _lowrez prefix, blender cant do that because of the way it exports, and other probs.
