when i start the BF2_ModTools file ther is an error:
"Die Anwendung konnte nicht gestartet werden, weil binkw32.dll nicht gefunden wurde. Neuinstalation der Anwendung könnte das Problem beheben". I don't know what i schoud do i also tried to reinstall the program but there is still the error.

Is there maybe an instruction?

From the "Everything you need" thread stickied at the top of the modding forum:
Question - I have the CD version of SWBF2 and I get a binkw32.dll error when trying to launch the BF2_modtools.exe, what's wrong?
Answer - Copy the BF2_modtools.exe from the main BF2_modtools folder and paste it in the same folder as your battlefront2.exe, usually:
\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData
then you can launch BF2_modtools.exe and play your map to get a BFront2.log located in that same folder.
If you have the DVD version check THIS LINK for a DVD version of BF2_modtools.exe

the BF2_modtools.exe isn't the editor anyway. its just used to try out your mod/map

read the "getting started" doc in the documentation folder, follow the introductions and you should be fine

Just checking what you really mean. Are you saying you want to create your own maps or change something on someone elses map you have downloaded? If it is the second thing then that is a big no no unless you get the map creators permission.

There aren't any tools to deconstruct and reconstruct a map's lvl files. You can do a bit of script injection (only can change a few things), but unless you already know how to program, it's unlikely you will understand it (especially if you've never created swbf2 maps before).

Something like that should either go in the request thread or in the mod/map idea thread

oh yeah it is in the map idea threat, but i don't know hwo to use the editor. the editor is no workin but it seams to be the game without sound and not to be an editor. My question is how can i creat the map and how can i write the addme.lvl, core.lvl, mission.lvl, etc file

Yup; Read the documentation that come with the modtools, they're the basis for everything. (*you don't have to read all of them, the Getting Started doc is the elementary stuff)
You could also try Fierfek's modding tutorial, you can look it up on starwarsbattlefront.filefront.com.

With SWBF2, you don't create those files directly. The mod tool's munge process does it for you.

I highly recommend this tutorial by Saturn_V. It's the one I learned on back in the day.
