Have you heard of Trans-Siberian Orchestra?

Since we seem to have a lot of members who like Trans-Siberian Orchestra I decided to make a topic for them. I was first introduced to them by my cousin a couple years ago and I've loved them ever since. Some of their songs have a lot of epic electric guitar solos such as:
Wish Liszt (Toy Shop Madness)
Siberian Sleigh Ride
Christmas Jam
Wizards In Winter

There maybe some more but that's all I know for sure. Now some of 'em may not have electric guitar solos per say, but they make the song all worthwhile to listen to.
My favorite are:
Wish Liszt (Toy Shop Madness)
Wizards In Winter
Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)
Christmas Jam
Siberian Sleigh Ride

I would highly recommend looking this band up if you haven't heard of them already. Here's a site where you can listen to them for free before buying them on iTunes:

I'm pretty sure everyone's at least heard of 'em. You should add an option for people like me, who don't listen to them, and thus donno if they like 'em much. I mean, I know they're very, very talented, but, again, I don't listen to 'em.

They are Awesome. Some of the best Christmas music, and the best rock versions of classical pieces I've ever heard.

And if you get a chance to see them live, definitely do it. It's amazing!

Gangsterjawa approves. They are the best Christmas band ever! (granted that's not all they do.) My favorites are Wizards in Winter, Wish Liszt, and A Last Illusion.

By far the best Christmas music of all time. :D

I saw a live concert of theirs a couple weeks ago, and it was awesome. They also played a couple of non-Christmas songs that, while less child-friendly than I believe some parents expected, kicked [Diet Dr. Pepper].

He did that with use last year, and came back this year for some other workshop thing, bringing along one of his fellow violinists, a woman named Bridgett Bibbins. They're ok, I guess....

I believe she's the one with the custom-made electric violin of rockitude.

I love TSO :P . As others have said, best Christmas music ever, period.

Oh yeah, Mark Wood also told me (I met him backstage after the concert was over, helping cleaning up and whatnot) my t-shirt was cool. I could get a pic up if you guys want, so you can see. Plus, he officially screwed up the name of my town (Middle Island, but he said Middle Village) which officially makes us non-important by celebrity standards :D I feel so accomplished.
