Looks nice. I like the amount of levels. Seems like a promising map. No one else has made any mygeeto maps.

What he means to say everyone is that SBDs are underpowered completely. OOM-9 do you think you have a chance to make the SBD a little more effective? For one thing, they could use more health (possilbly more than a droideka's) and a slightly better wrist rocket. I know you may come across the problem that I've just created unbalanced gameplay but me believe. In this game, the Clone Trooper's rifle fires faster than a SBD's wrist blaster and their grenades are stronger than the wrist rockets. After a minor tweak in the SBD, you could tone a droideka's health or shield. Personally, I never believed a droideka had better health/armor than a Magnaguard (because in this game, Magnaguard's health is so weak)Linus wrote:The reason why I don't want SBD's for this map:
They sucks.
With their shields on literally? How much damage (looking for a number please) do you intend in making blaster pistols useless towards droideka shields? Any shield should deplete slowly because it wastes energy especially when some little particle effect (a blaster for instance( hits it. To have something hit the droideka shield but cause no damage at all is very VERY unrealistic. No offense OOM-9. As the saying goes, the smaller the shield, the weaker it is.Droidekas are immune to small arms fire
Personally I think this is a bad idea because in a video game, you have to have a limit in what somebody carries. This example you just said here gives the Clones a better advantage over the CIS not because they have droidekas. In terms of competitive gameplay, this map is designed to be too easy for a challenge and possibly unbalanced gameplay. I see a similar pattern here...you're using Valiant's mistake of constantly hyping the Clones (his Utapau maps specifically) rather than balancing both sides (limiting units is also a mistake if not executed well  )All commanders have a rocket launcher with unlimited ammo so that they can kill droidekas and vehicles.
I suppose that about the droid energy bar, you are assuming that all droids only have as much energy as their batteries can carry?OOM-9 wrote:The SBDs have 1200 HP, walk like 1/3rd the speed of normal troops, and have repeating wrist blasters.
Droidekas are immune to small arms fire
Regular droids never use stamina, cause droids can't get tired
Clones are more agile with cooler guns

that would be cool if you could get the UT-AT to work, here are some pics of it if you actually think about doing it. cant wait for the map to come out!moncalamaridestroyer wrote:Looking pretty good. Is there a chance of getting those Unstable Tank (or whatever they r called [from Ep3 betrayl])? The one that flow up in the air when it was destroyed.

I don't think we need any more hype Clones.
And you said realistic Mygeeto. So I assume this map is big enough to give special units better numbers right?
And what is that supposed to mean, you rollie-pollie fan? You trashing my Mygetto: Invasion again, Droideka? Just because I don't superhype the DROIDEKAS like you would like doesn't mean the map is unwinable for the CIS. You just have to use your brain. Plus, don't think I will sit here and let you trash my other maps, you overgrown ****-*** (Thinking, "Not getting in trouble".)Droideka88 wrote:"In terms of competitive gameplay, this map is designed to be too easy for a challenge and possibly unbalanced gameplay. Final Word of my recommendation buddy: Don't give Clones unlimited ammo/don't overpower droidekas despite what the movie shows to be a somewhat inconsistant version of hyped droidekas.
