Can you determine the damage range of an explosion through the odf?

so if I put
DamageRadiusInner = "1"
1 would be a foot/meter/inch? what?

simply having
DamageRadius = "etc"
works as well. But for Inner/Outer, damage is only taken area between the Outer circle and Inner circle (and of course also if it's a direct hit. Direct hit damage is specified in the Ord file with MaxDamage = "etc" Note that Explosion damage adds to the hit damage for a direct hit). With just normal DamageRadius, the damage is taken all within that one circle.
The game uses grid units. 2 units would be the height of a trooper i think.
