No, the story is that Anakin dies in the second map, so Siddious needs someone else to be his apprentice. After Revans Army had been almost destroyed, Siddious thinks of makeing him his partner. Revan joins him and they found a base on Kril´dor, where they use the tibana gas to build new HK units that and they start working on the deathstar. But the United Galactic Forces find them and start a invasion of Kril´dor base.

The clones aren´t under sidious control anymore, since he turned against the republic
Sidious left the Republic to get another and much stronger apprentice : Revan .

well that cant be true with siddious using the sith troopers bacause the whole point of the clones is to kill the jedi it was a mass sith plan just after the sith were neally destoyed the last sith came up with the plan(see rc order 66(when vau talks to skitrata just after order 66) and star wars annual 2009)
well i like it but i dont understand why he death star is there all i can remember is that count dooku had the plas from it from ep2. i think obi-wan wanting revenge for anakin (from banthas statement) would be the hero.

true but there not meant to get attacments (anakin skywalker+padame etain tur-mukan+darman) so there isnt really a set rule if you know what i mean so you could have revenge from obi-wan he "loved" (he was attached to anakin) he says it after the duel on mustafar. but i have changed my mind we havent even seen foolis's story for it. so only time will tell
but that was the whole plan of the sith to destroy the jedi that was what star wars (1-3) was about but its your story i was only responding to bantha but ok

I don´t really know what you are talking about but Bantha55´s story IS the short form of the story for the 3rd map.
