2. Is it possible to make team 1 and 2 friends, so that they fight against the locals?

1. like a specific unit that you can point at and suddenly control? No.
But you can make a remote droid type thing, but a unit. Maveritchell did this.

2. Yes, you can, it's in Zerteds Fake console which is controlled through Lua, so it must be.

Could I change both teams to be attack to do this, or is there something that I must enter in my lua to make team 1 and two friends.

I'd guess number twoosies. Something like

SetTeamAsFriend(1,ATT)
SetTeamAsFriend(1,DEF)
SetTeamAsFriend(ATT,1)
SetTeamAsFriend(DEF,1)
SetTeamAsFriend(2,ATT)
SetTeamAsFriend(2,DEF)
SetTeamAsFriend(ATT,2)
SetTeamAsFriend(DEF,2)
