Mod Tools Windows 7 Problem

Hello Community,
I have a weird problem with Mod Tools.
I know it's not working that fine on Windows 7, but on my old Computer (also win7) it worked without any problems.
I installed SWBF II correctly with the International 1.1 CD Patch.
Then I installed the Mod Tools at C:\BF2_ModTools.
I know that the munging won't work, so I executed the
vistamungefix.
I made a simple Test Map with nothing edited.
After correct munging I'm starting battlefront and when I'm ingame,
the graphic options were set to minimum. (first weird thing)
But when I start to play my map, it's working fine but everytime it says the name 'NULL'
and the wrong names, where the Unit Names should be.
Here's what I mean:
I tried it several times, reinstalled SWBF II AND Mod Tools, and checked the Localize option in VisualMunge.exe
I don't know what's wrong.
Could it be my Windows 7 version? (it is win7 premium)
Heres the munge output btw:
Thanks in advance,
The66Order66

Yeah, I've all done correctly.
Now I tried to follow the tutorial for a custom era
->
forums/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=16616
I made all steps correctly,
but when I load the edited map, the loading screen sais 'NULL' as description and cts after loading.
I think it has to do with my Mod Tools, but I installed it correctly -.-

The command "xcopy" is either misspelled or could not be found.
These messages usually indicate a problem with your Path environment variable.

This happened to me about a year ago, try loading the localize program and just saving again then munging, it worked for me.

Sorry, still the same error.
I followed every tutorial I've found on the inet.
I even tried it with installing the Unofficial 1.3 Patch.
Anyone another idea?
EDIT: I tried to edit a unit, did all correctly (with dc:) but even this won't work.
It still loads the stock units

Yeah, but that was on my old computer.
But I don't think it's a big difference, because both were Windows 7.
or do you mean I should do all modding on my old one again?

I mean, have you only munged one map on your new computer? I had an error like that once and I just started over with a new map after I deleted the null one.

It's like this:
I install mod tools.
Install the vistamungefix.
I create a map and munge it.
The map is playable, but with that weird error.
I try to delete the data_XXX and create a new map.
Same problem.
EDIT: I found a post with a similar problem
forums/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=25160&hilit=NULL+windows+7
EDIT2
Dou you get the same error when trying to install SWBF II Mod Tools?
Everytime when I'm trying to install Mod Tools, my security programm (Norton)
deletes 2 files, because of a critical virus-file.
Please help

Did you ever inspect your Path environment variable?

Download your BF2_modtools from a trusted source, disable Norton prior to installing, add the problem files to the exception list, then enable Norton.

I downloaded BF_ModTools from starwarsbattlefront.filefront.com
and Norton says that these two files are high risico problems :/

So disable Norton like Ace said.
