Im up for beta testing, hands down. If I could make one suggestion it would be this, consider instead of using aliance tanks from the start maybe have it that the jawas stole it. So it's by the jawas, but they cant get into it. If a player is brave enough to get in there (Id reccomend bringing along a few meat shiel- I mean meet up with some jawa friends) Then they get to grab it. Pilot options are the same but the missles dont swerve, they fire straight. This allows for some powerful blasts against at-sts. To replace the lost tanks try "looted" clone wars era and imperial vehicles. With a little grafiti(fire paint job on an aat, yummy) they are good aliance vehicles.

Are you going to convert the imp repeater model from jko/jka or make your own? As far as I know converting models from jka is legal.
And Id like to beta too if theres a slot open.

You spelt my name wrong though :D sampip only has 1 I!
It's a shame you have to redo Tatooine. The old one looked good, so I hope the new one will be better!

@CCO- i think im gonna keep the missiles from firing entirly straight (the tanks can take the at-st out pretty quick if you have the right pilot/ secondary gunner combo {or just a human pilot} so yea) and i think it would be better if i just gave the tank to the rebels to start with. and the jawas are hostile towards everyone... since the rebels (unknown to the rebels though) took there special "treasure hideout"(more like a underground warehouse of junk) so the jawas want it back and the empire is just being a pain(arnt they usually? =P) so the jawas hate them as well

@Negah- i would love to do that.. but i dont have any jka for computer and i dont even have the weapon yet, im kinda either looking to see if it was already made, or if someone was willing to make it for me

@B1-Burt- this map is more leaned toward the GCW era, i will be adding a CW era (and yes i was gonna make the b1 be the main trooper while the super is a secondary) but as of right now i havent even gotton close to starting on the CW era.

the new map layout is almost done... jsut need a few more obstacles here and there, add the cp's and vehicle spawns and then i can get to work on the sides =D

Have you seen that T4B tank in the models thread, no here's a picture of it.

This guy is new here(so am I)and he hasn't finished texturing the tank yet. But it'd be cool if you included it in your map(s).

That model is very good, it would look good on Tatooine. But it looks slightly odd from the front, I have to say, but maybe that's because it isn't textured. Mind you, it's a fair bit better than I could do, If I had the modelling software  .

The model isn't mine I just thought it would look cool on Tatooine, but the forum it was in hasn't been updated in a while. (Also the guy that made it claims it is his first model, personally I don't buy it, that tank is just way to good!)

i might use the T-4b in a later map or maby the next map, because the t4-b is extremely power full tank and could easily handle 3 at-st's alone with maby only taking half damage (unless the pilot is blind or something...)

also i decided to make a change to the sides... how would you guys felt if i made a new sort of carbine? that was designed especially for the imperial quick reaction force so they didnt have to handle so much cargo so they could deploy faster, and even do a little more damage with less.

basicly the carbine is a smaller T-21 looking carbine that has 2 attachments, shot gun mode, and pocket rocket mode. the carbine has 50 shots, when u add the shotgun attachment it only has 5 shots, and they share ammo.... (the shotgun attachment breaks down 10 bullets into a nice shotgun blast) then the pocket rocket gets 4 shots a clip(it gets seven clips but each round is only 3/4 as powerful of a normal rocket launcher). i was thinking of calling the new carbine perhaps the Ku-52(or kuat-52) and here is the new sides i was thinking of

Empire:
stormtrooper- KU-52, thermal detonator, ammo+health, pistol
Heavytrooper- KU-52, KU-PRK(pocket rocket attachment), thermal detonator, pistol, mines
Engineer- KU-52, KU-SG(shot gun attachment), thermal detonator, fusion cutter,
Sniper- Pistol, Sniper rifle, thermal detonator
Officer- Imperial repeater/ mortar launcher, thermal detonator, concussion nade (the one that explodes once then releases 3 smaller nades.... i think concussion is the name)
Darktrooper(PhaseI and II combined)- underhand repeater, thermal detonator, vibro blade.
Hero:Commander Bayern- KU-52(has 2 extra clips), concussion nade, flame thrower

maps coming along so far, im making a movie to show you guys the new map =P

Cool! what you gonna have to counter that?!

That sounds complicated lol, but very good :D have you worked out how you're going to do it yet? the side changes sound good, are you sticking to 6 units?

i was going to counter it perhaps with this http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/1-H_Impe ... pulsortank like it said in the article it was supposed to have done better than the AT-AT's did during the battle of hoth but it was never deployed..

or i would just counter the t-4B with the AT-AT....

Might I make some suguestions?
Why not switch Commander Bayern with General Wier? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Weir
and maybe changing the officers to storm commandos (just reskin the republic commandos black(you can find them in the convo pack 2.0 or higher as far as i know))? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Storm_commando

just suguestions...... :P

i decided to 86 the video idea....

also the sky jsut became a weird white blob in the sky (going to fix it soon)

if you havent noticed production is starting to slow for me... got finals in around 3 weeks and i just have some other things i need to do...the map may not be out until june unless i get a little bit more time so stay posted =D

May I ask.....

1. Why did you take out your hard drive?
2. Why did you drop it?
3. How does something break on something padded a foot thick?
4. How did you measure the thickness of the padding?
