I edited ingame.req to remove the blue health increase effect, but when I munge, no ingame.lvl is created in my addon folder. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to create a new ingame.lvl?

go to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_xxx\_BUILD\Common and click in munge.bat and after go to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_xxx\_LVL_PC and there will appear ingame.lvl

I tried what you said and there still isnt an ingame.lvl in my data\_LVL_PC folder

Read over Deviss's post carefully; not data\_LVL_PC but BF2_ModTools\data_xxx\_LVL_PC where xxx is your three character modID.

Thanks, I was thinking it was in the gamedata/addon folder.
