Naboo: Theed Hangar isnt fully compatible with BFX, it crashes when you try to play CW conquest (royal guard vs droids)

nope, you can still play as maul vs obi van or empire vs rebels without any problems
i think it crashes on cw because of custom sides

Kashyyyk campaign crashes? Clone rifle zooming in - that's just weird. Same with the AA firing. Republic tanks, I can fix that.

are trandoshans included in the mod, if yes on which map?

game crashed when i tried to fire rockets playing durge on death star, but it could be one time thing

i love the geonosian commando, its quite deadly

Trandoshans are on Kashyyyk and Dagobah for the CIS, they're the 16-point unit. Kashyyyk Hunt also has Trandoshans, and Bossk is available on Mos Eisley Assault, and the Empire hero for Kashyyyk is Bossk.

I forgot to mention that the Spider Walker (the big one) is also missing in Kashyyyk campaign unless you did this on purpose. I noticed the dwarf spider droids; very cool. Were they units, vehicles, or automatic?

thx for the info on trandoshans

and i think that dwarfs were units (just like droid star fighter: in the movie you can see that they were just droids that could also fly, i dont really know but i think all droid vehicles were automated)

Whew, I missed a lot while I was cut off from the interwebz.... :P
I'm liking the idea you proposed a while back in that essay. It brings up the one big project all the modders of Gametoast can work together on, contributing little bits and pieces to make it the best and most professional mod the SWBF series has ever seen.
....and maybe be in the running for Mod of the Year :P

I'll be downloading this when I get home, can't wait! :D

there is still this evil atst bug
you see not above the atst but very close to the ground
and while the weapons and 'legs' are animated the head is not

Oh, [Insert Deity Here]. The AT-ST bug? [bashes head on desk] I've got an idea how to fix it, though...

@AQT: I replaced the big spider with the dwarf spider. Looks better in my opinion. They're self-piloted vehicles.

I see. Thanks for the clarification.

So I played Coruscant Conquest yesterday; I have to say, the Clone Assassin is much better with the two vibroblades and very skilled because he can hold each blade with only TWO fingers! :wink: (well it looks like it)

Will the Royal Guard receive a proper force pike instead of the sword? And just to make sure, a force pike is a spear type of weapon and not a sword, right? Thanks again.

On topic: this mod is quite fun... I have a few suggestions tho:

Dark trooper weapons: switch to pistol stance. (more accurate with his standing stance)
Make an alternate commander for inside maps that has a summon reinforcement power rather than orbital strike.
Change the way deflect works (drain per deflection rather than infinite deflections over time)
Several melee attacks still have the black-hole-of-doom effect on them.
Radius for melee attack explosion needs to be toned down. More than once I have knocked myself over while smacking an enemy.

Several others that I can't remember right now.

this enable.bat/disable.bat files are also useful if you want to play custom maps that arent compatible with BFX
(like Naboo: Theed Hangar, Abraxas Plattform, Capital Down/Strike maps...)
