If there is still a spot left, could I beta? I know it's a bit late but the title seems to indicate there's still room.
@Fiodis: Sure thing. I will be sure to add you to the list and PM the details when I can (I'm also working on a video for a friend. That's just business related, though.). Along with listing all the bugs the other guys reported.
And yep, he's happily married. I consider him pretty much a brother (and his wife I've considered a sister for a long time as well). They're pretty nice people.
@My Map: I'll probably type up the side layouts today. I've been meaning to do that, but life cut into the project pretty hard. But need not worry, I will release this map! If there's one thing I want to do - I want to release at least ONE map here at GT. I just feel I never contributed to the community enough, so I made this. On top of that, it was a project I wanted to do for awhile now anyways. Look at it as a sort of expansion to the TEV mod, kind of. I'll be sure to type up the list of maps I'm wanting to do and people here can tell me whether it's feasible or not, or at the very least whether it's a good or bad idea.
EDIT
Update[OCT 19, 2011]: Sorry for the bump. I'm sure people here thought I lost interest in this map...well, I haven't! In-fact, I think I have my sides layout I want typed up for the Pirates, but now it's just the matter of getting to doing this.
Also, I kind of want to rename the map, because technically what I'm basing this map on isn't a junkyard....rather it's Nym's Factory Compound where IG-88, at one point, builds up his droid army (1 ABY). I should have remembered what it was called, but a fail on my part caused me to call the compound a junkyard, because I remember it being rather....well...what's the term? Junky looking?
Link to information.
Nym originally used this place to hide his treasures. I guess people would mistaken it for a junk heap of a place at first glance and not even bother to mess with it (which, ideally, yes...is a great place to hide treasures because people would not care for it because of the lack of appeal).
Or I could keep the name and suggest that the surface was pretty messy and could easily disguise an entrance into a factory compound and it was falsely named a junkyard?
I have no idea, however, here is my suggested sides layout for the Lok Revenant side:
Lok Revenants
Pirate
Blaster Rifle (or Disruptor Rifle), Blaster Pistol, Thermal Detonators, EMP Grenades (droid poppers).
Pirate Heavy
[Heavy weapon. Unsure as to what. Rocket launchers get a bit boring.], Blaster Pistol (or carbine), Thermal Detonators, IM Mines (need a DF95 reference somewhere).
Pirate Assassin
Sniper Rifle or Normal Rifle with Enhanced Scope, Blaster Pistol (perhaps even flechette pistol or a unique blaster Acrypt happens to make from SWG), Thermal Detonators, Cloak, Turret (I probably want a better looking turret model. Something more practical and a bit more difficult to destroy...maybe smaller. Something a unit can actually carry and deploy on the battlefield by merely reaching into a pocket and tossing it out there for easy deployment.)
Pirate Smuggler
Shotgun, flechette pistol, or maybe dual repeater pistols, det packs, slicer tools (fusion cutter. Maybe a different design?).
Pirate Medic
Blaster Carbine, smoke detonators (I had this idea, because you want to give the people you're trying to heal some sort of cover), bacta pack, small health buff.
Pirate Support
Grenade Launcher (thinking of what model I want for that one. I don't think the Packered Mortar Gun was made until GCW, though. Upon further research, the Packered Mortar Gun, which I'd like to use at some point, was not made until GCW. I will use it with the Galactic Empire, however. Grenade launcher suggestions maybe thrown here.), blaster pistol, sonic grenades (I realize this will get annoying, so I might change this idea), rage buff (I guess sort of like the default officer class. Except I don't think a Pirate group would have 'Officers' per say, aside from "Captain", which Nym is by this point.), Ammo Box
Pirate Gunner
Repeater cannon, blaster pistol, thermal detonators, EMP grenades, deployable E-web
Hero: Nym
Slugthrower Carbine (either this or the J-1 Rifle), disruptor pistol, Thermal Detonators, Trip Mines, Time Bomb, Rally Buff (since Nym is the commander here, I gave him the Rally Buff. I am unsure if I want him to be a timed hero like the default ones or if I want him to be unlocked. If he will be unlocked, then I see no point in adding actual 'heroes'.)

As for the Trade Federation, I was thinking little more than what BF1 had in terms of the side. However, I may try and incorporate some of the more interesting technology of the Trade Federation.
Anyways, please let me know on if you guys want me to change some of the pirates up, because I fear a few of those classes maybe rendered pointless somehow. I do NOT want useless units. I want it to be different enough that the side is enjoyable, however, I do not want any useless units or to be unbalanced somehow.
I am going to have to think of the sides for IG-88 and the Empire soon as well.
Also, yes, I apologize. It's been almost a month since the last update, but I AM still working on it. I just needed a break to think of exactly what I wanted for that side...and what I think people would like, but you guys have a say, of course.
I have by no means lost interest in the map.
Cheers guys. When I actually start making the units, I'll be sure to post a few pictures of what I have working. I plan on going all out on this. Quality over quantity.
That'd be cool, thank you! No pressure of course.
Edit:
Update [OCT 26, 2011]
Here we have my custom loadscreen! I failed the first time at getting it in, however, I think it was just a few misplaced brackets.

I went long enough without giving people a new media update. Yes, as you can see, I renamed the map.

Thank you very much, editlocalize.bat!
A bit rough around the edges, but I'm glad I got it working! It is a bit stretched, I know...and I apologize.
