Can You Make Custom .msh files?

I am wondering if it is possible to make a custom .msh file? It would be nice if I could make Really custom units.

It's possible, but boy is it hard. Oh well, I'm getting better.

Be sure you check that out, there are tons of released custom msh files that other people did. Be sure to read the readme's.
