I'd like to fix some of the missing world sounds in the PSP game and am starting with Coruscant. By default, there is no streams, you know those background chatters, wind, etc you hear outside. First I downloaded the ripped sounds and put them where they belong. When I munged sound, the cor1.lvl sound file came out at 22mb which obviously isn't going to work on the PSP. I tried to change all the numbers 16000 to 8000 in the files cor1gcw.sfx and cor1cw.sfx and converted the wav sound files to a lower quality. This did not work. When I munged sound, it gave me an empty 1kb cor1.lvl sound file. I don't what else to do but do believe this is possible. Any help is hugely appreciated.

Edit: Information - the stock cor.lvl sound file on PSP is about 2.5mb. A new one should be larger in theory since we're adding sounds but not much larger. Probably under 5mb.
