Freeware Hex Editor (I found one -- A good one)

UltraEdit is the best, but it isnt free, which is annoying to me, and possibly everyone else.

So, here's a good hex editor that's free:

I have that! ya, that roxorz.... text-to-hex search option, if you accidently backspace you can insert spaces back in, really quick openning time too.

ya i use Ultra-Edit on my comp and i use that roxorx on my bros comp,i like em both.

A basicley a "Hex-Editer" allows u to change the way u play a game (in this case SWBF2) u can change Readable text and and other data.
(but u can't replace a string w/ a larger 1 or it becomes corupt, like u can't re-place all_hero_leia w/ imp_hero_emperer) am i right?

You might be able to if you change the bytes or w/e. Not even sure how to do that. Otherwise, no.
