I agree with JK, PLEASE release the beta version soon! This will be one of the best SWBF2 map ever!(in my opinion)

Ooooh good gravy! You have far too much creativity and talent for your own good! Take your time with the map, because as I'm sure you are well aware, 11of3, perfection is not attained overnight.

still working away on this map!Just about got Yavin 4 the way I want it.Ships now take off from inside the temple(and most of the time get out without crashing!)

off topic, kind of ,it has taken 5 years for Gary Numan to finish his latest album 'Jagged',but boy was it worth waiting for.You can`t rush labours of love and its the same with this map(but It won`t be 5 years!)

11of3, I just got an idea while looking at your pics. You know how the death star couldn't fire on Yavin-4 until a certain time. In the map you could have that same timer with the same amount of time as the movie. But when it run out, the winner isn't who ever has the most points, but to the Empire, and always the Empire. The only way for the Rebels to win is to destroy the capital ships or death star. Other wise they lose, times up.

Yea , people need to stop rushing mappers.

It seems that the people who are impatient are the ones that havent made a map before . Alot of work is needed to get a map to a good beta stage.

This looks like a really cool map. But if it takes a year for it to be finished, I will wait a year. I dont want it to be rushed out before it is finished.

Things are going well.Added 103 turrets to the Death Star surface.Tweaking the AI at the moment.As for portals I haven`t got a clue.The rebel base is built inside a sphere and from space looks like Yav 4.Here are some more screen shots for your enjoyment.

Yeah, it does look a little small. Like just one little platform. Does it have a trench area?

Is that screen just a little inacurate in the size?

Anywho still looks awsome. Im actually looking more forward to how the rebal base works out.

Home from work? lol I can't say anything, I pos on here from school all the time. lol Anyway, the dogfighting looks like fun! It's tiny for the deathstar, but huge for a SWBF II map, I'd say. Can't wait.
