Zeroedit not working?

OK so I just added a new hardrive to my computer. Then I added Battlefront to my hardrive. Then when I extracted Bfbuiler to the hardrive, and I started up Zeroedit is says the I must have Battlefront installed to run? Why is this? Is it becuase it is ment for my C: hardrive and not my new one?
