I was wondering if a .mdl file could be transfered to a .msh because i have Windows 7 and the
HEX Editor is out of date with it so i can“t use it, and i only have GMax to work with those.

So :cpu: :cpu: :cpu: again.

And for more information the .mdl files need .mdx files.

Yes, but not directly.

Are you trying to get KotOR models into SWBF2? :)

No, no, i just want the exterior not the whole thing
And the mdx files i never knew why they were there
I need the exterior section of a low resolution like the BFII ones to get them working and any way taking a modle from KotOR is ilegal
And how can be done ?

It wouldn't be appropriate for me to list the steps for getting this done since it's frowned upon here, but you can do whatever you want on your own machine as long as you don't try to release anything containing those assets here on Gametoast even though some things managed to slip by in the past.

All I will say is :google:
